Default 40 lb gone - good going!
I am just now down 36 pounds since surgery too. I am going to get my hubby to take some pictures. I don't think I look that much thinner - but other people say I do.

I actually ate at a Chinese buffet tonight - a little chicken that was pounded flat and in a stir-fry (I only ate the chicken) - real tender and moist. And I had crabmeat and a couple shrimp. Lots of protein - and it all stayed down! How exciting. This is my first time.

To Louisiana next Wednesday - thanks for all the help on packing. I am going to attempt to take my CPAP as a carry-on - IN ADDITION to a reagular carry-on. Will call NWA tomorrow.

Amandazon - I also like your hair. Mine is quite short - spiked and pink, actually. And wow - 40 pounds sure makes a difference in you.
