Amanda and Nikkibeat....what in the heck are you two doing to lose that much weight in such a short period of time? lol Danita and I have only lost half that much and we've been at it a little longer then you two have.
I know everybody is different, but are you all doing something that we don't know about? lol
You look great Amanda!

Thanks to everyone first off... I am just so amazed that its coming off so fast... and just cant wait till summer ...

And as far as what I do..... just what the y tellme... i still cant eat much solid food yet but I do get the protien and water in .... I am a cancer survivor from last year ... so it takes my body a little longer to heal than others... so I am just taking it easy.. and really I still dont get hungry so I just make sure I get my protien in.... Monday I start at the gym... wonder how fast I will lose then? I mean I walk now... but Monday I start actual workouts with a trainer.... so heres to an amazing journey..

Amanda, I know what you mean about the energy. I started SPRING CLEANING last weekend, and I still have not stopped, last night I patched up a hole my hubby made when the recliner was too close to the wall, and I put a new door up in my daughter's room. And I have everything ready to paint tonight! I love this!!!!

What am I doing? I am sticking to "the plan" as much as possible. I did try tuna with broth about a week and a half before I was planned tp, but I did ok with it. And it's not like I ate something that was fried or something!
I also have a great support group. My co-workers, family, and church family are great. They encourage and motivate.

I also have 3 kids, so I did not have the option of sitting around to recover, I had to make myself get up and walk around, and get busy to recover.

Hawaiianese, I'm sure you'll get there!
