WOW! Wow! And Did I Mention Wow!?!?!?
OMG!
These are wonderful pics! Very inspiring... I am actually having a hard time believing these are REAL before/afters... what a change in all of you!
Lisa, That's a complete transformation. I understand how there are not that many befores of you. I like to hide when the camera is out too... I's only been in this last month that I have decided to purposely take snap shots so that I can have befores...
Donny, What little difference are you talking about? I don't see a little difference... ( What I see is a completely different man!) Way to go!
And John, I have often see your work out posts with after shots, but never come across your befores...WOW! If that doesn't scream "You can do it!" to those that are still deciding, I don't know what will!
Thanks so much guys for posting pics!

Here we go
Let me see if I can find what I want...
This first one, I wasn't setting foot on a scale, that is for sure. I know it is over 285...but exact weight, we'll never know.
Next is a "body shot" where I am showing the worst of my PS scar and last is just a photo I took in the mirror while deciding if I wanted Lasik surgery or not.
I'll post when I hit goal - that should be quite a difference. These photos are about 125 pounds apart, maybe more. But it will be a 150-155 pound difference when all is said and done.
I remember being very inspired by the photos too. Glad to be on this end of it!

Sure, but I don't have old ones
I've only got two of my "old me" pics that I keep as reminders, I only have printed photos, no digital ones - it was 5.5 years ago, technology wasn't the same! I haven't scanned any on my computer so I can't post them.
It's strange when I look at them I feel like I'm looking at someone else. I just remember how I FELT when I was MO. At my highest I was 300, that was the peak. My "usual" fat weight was 225-250. I'm a very different person physically, mentally and emotionally.
But here are some of me from a recent trip to Disneyland and a couple others from the past three years. Maintaining the same weight. Surgery worked for me
I know how inspiring the pictures are. Everyone that knows me now says they could never imagine me being MO. I show some of them the pics...and they say I look like a totally different person (like everyone else here has heard I'm sure!)

Renee, you're looking beautiful! Over 100 lbs down in 6 months! Way To Go!
Gina, wonderful... can't wait to see those goal pictures. I'm sure they will be stunning
Kelly, what a great transformation in only 4 months
Kristi, I love the smile in each and every picture... Your surgery must have been scheduled already in your before pic... I know I never would have had smile on my face like that while in a bathing suit otherwise!
Phoenix, your pics are inspiring even without the before pics...
Thanks guys!
