I was a little slow on getting the hang of eating slow, or thats what I thought the problem was. At about 1 month out, I was throwing everything solid up. Turns out I had a stricture and got it dilated and have been smooth sailing since then. Do you go to any of the meetings they have? I have not yet, but I am thinking of going to the next one. Keep up the great work, you are looking stunning! Laurie
