9 Weeks after surgery
This is my first time attempting to post pictures but I enjoy looking at other member's journey so I thought it was my time to do so. I am down 32.5 lbs and thrilled with my progress.

Visual Change
Ciao Margaret,
We are neighbors almost, your in Germany I am down here in Italy. Your photos already let you and us see the change happening. I think posting your photos as well as taking photos of yourself is important in allowing ourselves to see our accomplishments. Scales and other people telling us is great, but when we can actually put it on film or digital and see it and show it, we really begin to know it and believe it. Keep up the great transformation you have started. Keep posting updates, After being on here for 7 months sometimes missing a month of posting anything, I am sure that this site and its members and our postings all help one another greatly.
Good work Margaret.
