New photos after the PS(plastic surgery).
Last night, we took some new photos before going out with friends in Lucca, which is a beautiful ancient typical Italian city with the city center completely surrounded by the original walls, located between Pisa and Florence(Firenze) about 45 minutes from our home in Carrara. These were fun to take and really help me visualize the transformation.

You're looking great, Paul! I have to say, though, that I giggle a little when I saw the new pics and you weren't wearing a college team sweatshirt or hoodie!
I can't believe the first pic with the pants--I hope I end up doing as well. You're an inspiration, buddy!
Keep up the good work (and good luck with the healing!),
-Mike

Thank you all & a litte funny story.
You girls and guy are all great, and I appreciate your feedback and support always. I have seen your stories and read your responses and always it has given me inspiration and support that I cant describe. Also I am very lucky to have a very supportive partner who has gone through every step of this process with me. I remember before the gastric bypass they advised us that I would be in intensive care for a couple days and that they only allowed visiting one time a day for about 20 minutes. I had adjusted to this in my head, however after the surgery due to a large watermelon sized hematoma developing on my lower right side back and butocks area I had terrible pain that the morphine and other meds did not take away and I screamed and cried asking for Bernardo, after a little of that the staff allowed him in the intensive care as much as he wanted to be there for the 3 days I had to be in there. Another odd thing about intensive care was that it was one room with 3 patients, myself and two other ladies who had just had gastric bypass, we all looked like crap and basically let it all hang out in front of each other and I dont think any of us cared either.
Anyone who gets to Italy and comes into the Pisa, Florence or Cinque Terre area, please do let me know, as Bernardo and I would be happy to show you our city and or meet you for a chat, caffe or dinner, seriously.
