I found this old pic last night and I about freaked out!! Scared me to think I was that big. I didn't feel that big but now I can do so much more. I still miss my portions of meat. I look like a frail old fart but much better.

You look great.I will see a picture and I still never thought I was that big.

Crazy seeing the pics, do you feel like your reality? I still have days where I think I see myself as heavy...but didn't at 280...crazy.
