Default Almost 10 months post op
Tonight we took the kids roller skating. I haven't been roller skating in at least 23 years. I did quite well. I did fall once but had a blast!!! I never could have done this before surgery!!

I took some pictures and wanted to share my journey so far. The first picture is preop @ about 388 lbs.



This picture is today at 236 lbs and almost 10 months out from surgery.

Wow Andie, what a difference, you look really good, it doesn't even seem like the same person. I hope to do half as good as you have done so far. I go to the hospital later on this morning to get pre-admitted, so Monday i'll be set to go, I was starting to get nervous but then I look at results like yours, and can't help but get excited, Thank you!

I loved roller skating... I can add that to my wish list of things to do again!!

You look fantastic! That was a good idea to wear the same clothes for your current photo - we can really see the difference.

My surgery date is Feb. 14. I have all my appointments next Wednesday so told my daughter we had to take my before photos then: nude and in underwear. I think I grossed her out!

You look fantastic!

It always amazes me that when people lose weight they appear so much younger!! This may sound weird but in the first picture you're beautiful but look older...in the second picture you look the the daughter of the first picture! Hope that makes sense...because it was a major complement!

Keep up the great work and I sure hope to follow in your footsteps!
