Ran's flight just left at 1:15.EST.

We got up, double checked all his important paperwork,passport, visa, itinerary etc.Left for the airport and arrived around 9:40am.Because of his one way ticket to Kuwait...TSA was all over him like stink on $hit.They tore up all his bags, questioned his electronics...took a while and this was just his checked baggage.
Time came to leave , we went down to where the car was parked.I sobbed like I have never sobbed.The echo of crying in the parking garage is a sound I will never forget.You hug them and don't know when to let go,feel bad if you let go first.You kiss and taste tears.He whispers he loves you and everything is just so intense.
Nick and his Dad talked , hugged and Nick began to cry.They made "pinky promises" and Ran spoke again about being responsible and to,"take Care of your Mother" speech.

We all group hugged and Nick & I got into the car.Ran was getting on his jacket and arranging his carry-on next to the car.I put the car in reverse and Nick jumps out of the car and hugs his Dad.*I have regained and lost it multiple times by now* Nick returns to the car and we reverse.I looked in the rear view mirror and watched my husband walking away until I turned right to exit.

I have to rest now, gotta show face at work tonight for a few hours.

God, it tears me up just to read it...prayers starting right now for a safe and sound return. Next time you email, tell him those famous words from one of my favorite movies...."Run Forrest, Run!"

Got a call from Ran this morning albeit 5:2oam, he had just arrived in Frankfurt.

Spoke to him @ 4:30pm and he had just landed in Kuwait.He begins processing tomorrow and then has the weekend "off"..He said it was very cold there, he just left S Florida(Sunny, 83 today).

He sounded good but tired

Get this, I fly to Virginia all the time and they have lost my luggage TONS of times.My DH flys around the world..(21 hours total flying time) and all his bags get there

Anyway, Today at work was very busy..kept me focused on other things.
And don't you know that EVERY song on the radio was a,"Sometimes when we touch", " I will always love you", "Please don't go"...Blah Blah...

So I listened to talk radio on my commute
