I AM IN CELEBRATION MODE AND MOOD.
I hit my goal of 175 pounds from 387.
I am so pleased with the progress that I have had
I have lost an average of 3.72 pounds per week
I started with my program on 10/08/06 and had surgery on 2/12/07.
I have dropped a total of 99 total inches
10/08/09 --11/11/07
Neck 19.50 -- 14
Bicep 18 -- 13
Forearm 15 -- 11.5
Chest 57.5 -- 42
Waist 62 -- 37
Hips 65 -- 39
Thigh 37 -- 21.5
Calf 21 --15
This just makes me smile....
I still can not believe that those small pants actually fit each morning I have an epiphany. WOW
