Default Photo at Universal Studios - Hey Rain, check it out!

I went to Universal on Saturday with my friend Dawn.

I went there in November 2006 also; which was a month after surgery. Last year I had to skip some of the attractions because of fear of embarassment with fitting in the seats. No such problem this time! It was too awesome

I had to post a photo for lil miss I'll fix-you-up (RainRain) to see. She only has my best interests at heart, of course!

Awwww, look at the tourist!

Way to go Jim, you and your friend make a cute couple.

I was there back in March. I rode the mummy coaster with our son, and had a terrible time with the restraining bar. The guy there pushed it down so hard - it was a very painful experience - I barely fit. Like you, I'm sure it will be much more comfortable now.

Universal is fun - I've always enjoyed going there. Geez, I remember when the tour itself was an all day thing, and no rides, just shows! They had a great western stunt show, disappointed they took it out, but the water world stunt show is still fun!

Thank you Baron!

And the mummy was the one I was speaking of! In Nov 2006 the lap bar barely went down and locked. And then I felt bad as there were kids in the seat and they were wondering why the bar wouldn't come down. They kept looking over after their parents explained what was happening.
I was so embarassed!
I remember Universal when they had a car you lift up . . . just like the 6 million dollar man! Ouch, long time ago . . . in a galaxy far, far, away! Oh, oops . . . slipping into nostalgia.
