well it had been quite a journey for me as for all of us.I had my surgery 2/1/2004 so I am almost to my 1 year mark. I recently had emergency double hernia removal the night after our last support so i m so much better these days.Exercise even is better.I just wanted to post some pic s of my journy.

You have made an incredible transformation. You were always beautiful though.. you are stunning though now. Congrats on your success.. and hope you heal real well from your double hernia surgery. Good luck to you and keep on trekin on.. you're doing great!!!
