Default Wow, chuck

You look amazing - the difference is incredible, and well-deserved.

I basically do cardio 3-4 times a week when I go the gym and just go crazy for an hour or two. I do some weight lifting too, but I am more into doing cardio, but it feels good to lift too.

you sound like me bro. I'm developing new lean muscle but, alot of it is me just wanted to loose the fat.

I use to lift alot back in the day and you're body never gets rid of muscle once you got it. So mostly just concentrate on what you're doing. Loss the fat man the muscle will come.

Keep up the badass workouts man. I do about 2-3hrs a day myself. You're doing awesome!

depends greatly on you're area unfortunately and what exactly you need done to you're body.

I've got a couple quotes and im prolly looking in the 3-4k range for mine. Thats a full body lift and my legs getting worked on as well.

It may be less than that he says but, we just have to wait and see exactly how much of it I can do on my own.
