We should all get together like those in the san diego area. There are others in oc as well I know but I am jelious of SD they get to do stuff together all the time.

Hello everyone ,I am currently in the city of Downey.Been disabled for about 2 yrs.Getting on with my life and thinking of a Lap band .There was a time i could barely take a shower without almost passing out.Now it's alot easier (no problem)Thanks to heart , blood pressure medicine and insulin too.I am gouing to see my heart doctor soon and see what he say's . I assume alot of tests to see where i am at, then therapy or gym?When my insurances kick in then Lapband?I have been on a doctor (He say's i must lose weight) recommended diet ,I use exchanges, watch calories and portion control.It's been working so far>My parents are helping and my joy, my nephew.He is in 2 bands and they cut their 4th and 1st CD.Is anybody from Montebello,Pico,Whittier,Downey ,Rosemead etc...? Just wondering

i am a newbie still.Was going to have LAP BAND IN 08 but got sick(kidneys).Now i am waiting for a sonar of my gallbladder.I am going for the Lap band but they may push for RNY???Best wishes JERRY
