You don't mention how far out you are, and whether you have any medical or eating disorder issues. But if you are further out, like more than a year and all is well medically, then I would say generally that you need to eat more often so you can consume more calories. I would be careful not to use unhealthy foods to do it. But there are healthy foods higher in fat and calories, like nuts or higher fat dairy products. I know there are others who have faced this......but I am NOT going to be one of them. The snack/graze monsters are beating down my door as I type. Good luck......and give us more feedback if you can. And welcome to the board.

Default My to this issue

Sorry, I am new to this. I never joined any groups and have never gone to any meetings.
I am 14 months post op and have lost 108 ponds. I was originally only 90lbs over weight with type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, acid refulx, an increased pulse problem, & fertility problems.
My regular physician says if I drop uner 100lbs they are going to hospitalize me. I do eat and I eat often. Lots of cheese & crackers, nuts, etc. Never have had an eating disorder other than overeating.
I am starting to get really scared now that I am at 102lbs today.

Wow, if you are eating and getting in fat and calories I would wonder about something metabolic. Let them check into it. I hope all is ok.

Yeah I would do all the tests... blood, absorption, all that. At 12 months or so... memory is slipping sorry... I dropped under my recommended weight despite my eating habits. I eventually evened out though... Maybe you haven't stabilized yet?
