I had GP in November 2000. I just had my tummy tuck in March. The results are amazing. I interviewed several doctors and ended up with Dr. Tom Pousti in La Mesa. He is amazing. I am planning on a thigh and butt lift in January. Check him out at poustiplasticsurgery.com.

Good luck and go for it, you will be amazed!

Dr Gilbert Lee at Changes Plastic Surgery in Del Mar will be doing mine in July, TT & breast lift. I am very impressed with him and his staff. Check out his website at changesplasticsurgery.com

Dr Larry Pollack did mine and I gotta tell you he did a phenominal job. When I compare mine with others at support group I truly am blessed.

It is hard to get insurance to cover plastic surgery? I am sure I will have a lot of extra flesh even though I am trying my best to excercise every day.

My surgery was covered other than a $50 deductible due to rashes.

There is a proceedure. You must document skin problems from the pannis. back pain, rashes, etc for a period of 3 months with active treatment from your PCP and he needs to recommend that the admomoplasty is the way to solve the prolem. It isn't easy it can be done.

My doctor is Dr. Bolitho. I really like him, he has great bedside manner and seems to really care.
He is really busy, which is a good sign. Very professional and spends alot of time with you. Makes sure you get want you want, etc.
Good luck.
