United Health Care Insurance

Has anyone had experience with United Health Care when it comes to plastic surgery? I have my consult with a plastic surgeon on Monday. My insurance document says reconstructive is covered and the surgeon I am going to see is listed under the covered providers. Do you think I have a good chance at getting approved? I am mainly concerned with my legs and arms, but would like a tummy tuck and breast lift in the near future also.
