I eat pretty good, really I do. Lately I have been on a tomato kick BUT y'all also know my love for Jumbo Jacks! I had one Friday night, and yesterday. I eat like 1/2 of one but still.... thats probably the worst thing I eat.

I belive my downfall is alcohol, I love Lemon Drop martinis and make them often at home, that and Chardonnay. Oh Lordy. I also need to start exercising, now that Im no longer PTA president at the kids school or on Govening Council I have a lil bit more free time!

Im so afraid to "grow wide" again! Holy smokes.......

great idea, protein train! Thanks Denise for helping me out. No, no visitor. I was on depo and d/c it like in September, nothing has started back up yet.

Maybe doing a food log would be a good idea, noooo the time spent doing that i could be jogging.

I'm sure that everything will be fine. What happened to the "walking Group" that you were trying to get started? I'm still willing to walk on the weekends. Let me know. Of course I can't do it this Saturday because I will be at Disneyland, but I will walk with you any other time.

Bridget,

When I gained weight, it was because I was drinking quite a lot. Hope the protein train chugs you right back down where you want to be!
