Your hair falling out needs the attention of vitamins, not biotin. You may be amemic, low iron can cause your hair to fall out.
Whats a normal sized meal? What you ate pre operativley? And how long is taking it slow? You should be eating 3-4 ounces in no more than 20 minutes.
The stuck feeling I cant help with.... i know we are always at risk of ulcers. Are you still able to eat? Do you vomit at all? Are you only able to consume those 3-4 ounces now as compared to what you were eating? Have you contacted your primary Dr to figure out whats going on? SOunds like you could benefit by getting your labs checked.

Boy I have lots of questions
