Finally I have my own ultasound machine to use at home. No more driving an hour each way for daily treatments. Using ultrasound is helping to breakdown some of the hard muscle knots I got as part of the trauma of a TT. The left side is very tight, sore, and still swells. I'm a bit lopsided

I still swell, I am 4 months out and I was told swelling continues for 6-12 months after surgery. Yesturday was my first trip to the gym since surgery. I just did legs and arms. But while on the treadmill my entire abdomin when numb. That was a really weird sensation.
