I believe the reason you got your surgery paid for by the insurance is because you stated the facts in a professional manner. I loved your letter.
As for Crabella.. maybe you can use parts of the letter relating to you.
When you state a condition you must back it up with proof.

Christine - your letter was GREAT did you include pictures with your letter? what insurance do you have? we have healthnet hmo i am wondering how longi need to maintaina goal weight to request the tt and breast lift??? i am not at goal yet i am only 6 months out in a few days but i am thinking ahead to the 1 year mark..thanks so much for the great info!
