Lightbulb Living After WLS

I recently discovered a great website, Living After WLS, run by a really neat lady, Kay Bailey. This site is well worth a look and features lots of "been there, done that" kind of post-surg wisdom.

And even more timely, Kay has a blog that's an off-shoot from this main web site where she keeps kind of a running journal. You can check out the blog here.

And lastly, be sure to subscribe to the “You Have Arrived” email newsletter while you're visiting the main site.
