I'm here...sorry - kiddo had an ortho appointment yesterday, so I was out of the office. Totally forgot till late Tues afternoon.

Yesterday actually went fairly well for me...for the most part.

I had 2 fried egg whites (non-stick pan, so no spray) for breakfast, V8 for a snack (veggies are still important, but left out of this menu), 1/2 cup canned salmon for lunch, sf pudding for afternooon snack, and 2 tuna patties for dinner.

Where I goofed I think was the afternoon snack. I had more than I should have, and had a weak moment and had some graham crackers with it. That was just a slip - and I'm not sure if it caused the problems or not - but a couple hours later my diarhea got a lot worse with some horrible cramping. After my body was done expelling everything it had, it turned into just gas with a lot of cramping. Lasted for a couple hours. Wasn't fun, and I was near tears. I know that's a lot of info...but just incase someone else out there is tempted to cheat. No chills and what not, so it could have been a dump - but it wasn't like the couple other times that I have dumped. I think my body was just irritated...or it could have been the aspertame sweetner they use in that SF crap.

Poor kiddo came home in the middle of it and saw me walking out of the bathroom all hunched over because I couldn't stand up from the cramping - scared the crap out of her. Looked like she was about to call the hospital.

Overall plan to day...had a left over tuna patty for breakfast so far - might add a yogurt, but I'm not clear if we're supposed to eat that kind of stuff right now. Will have either salmon or canned chicken for lunch and swap for whichever one I don't have for dinner.

Thanks for the reminders on the water - but please also remember that I'm on the west coast - at the time I wrote that I'd had 30 oz the other day - it was only mid-day for me here - not 6 or 7 pm that it would have posted according to most of your folks time over there. No harm, no foul...just wanted to point it out - and not have ya'll worrin about me too much.
