Umm because we all poop! Really I've never gone so much in my life!!! 3 times today already. I think you should get some laxatives when you get your hubby an ann card, and I bet you lose A LOT!

Too late.. already been to town & back I forgot. I also forgot to pick up the screw I was supposed to get at the hardware store for the new light (I dropped one down the drain *sigh*) Hubby is not gonna be happy w/ me
I don't understand how it has affected me so differently.. I'm having a real hard time dealing with it, given how tired I am from no sleep.. it makes me weepy

Maybe take a nap and chill a little. Your hubby won't be that upset its your 1st wedding or is it wedded weekend. Maybe your body isn't liking all the protein. Tomorrow you can have some fage and maybe that will help other things come out.

I may do it AGAIN with you starting Monday... supposed to celebrate bdays with a friend, but maybe put her off a week? (Why do we have to celebrate around food anyway! argh!)
To be honest, my 5 days were more protein shakes than anything else... I tried tuna one day and it just makes me GAG... I will re-look at the recipes and whip up some soup...

Well, I ain't doing it with you, but I wish you all luck! Although to be honest, I almost feel a little left out. But I don't really need to do it at this point in time. But good luck, I'll be cheering you on.

Katie- try the soups! For me, having the soups REALLY made day 1 & 2 fly by just fine. I really liked the pumpkin & sausage soup- but I LOVE the one I added (see one of my early posts in that other thread for recipe links! ) The Squash & White bean is delish! I had that for supper last night and will be having it for lunch tomorrow !

Good luck, Kathy! I won't lie (since it's all there to see-) day 3- sucked. But it's just one day, the rest were good!

Did you look at the soup recipes for day 1 & 2- they're good! I think it says no fruit, except they do say on the 5dpt "journal" that you can print out (link in the other thread) that if you're having trouble with constipation there is a list of acceptable fruit. Maybe look to see if your friends are on there and expect that maybe you'll have a bit more trouble with weight loss/ and the elimination of carb cravings, if you go with the fruit. I wish I had, cuz I suffered major constipation on it, unlike EVERYONE else, it seems, last week.

I am almost tempted to do a sort of modified plan this week just so I can join in.. it was nice doing it along with friends.
I LIKE how my pouch is clearly smaller than it was.. and I want to keep it that way- small!
Good luck everyone!

I am starting again with you all! I actually continued the first time for 6 days, and Sunday was my cheat day, I had a few carbs. I am starting agin with you all andf feel fabulous!!! I think this may be my new way of eating. 6 days on 1 day break. I lost {DRUMROLL PLEASE} 8 POUNDS!!!! Only thing that's kind of bothering me is my period came early, like 5 days! Otherwis I'm good. I've been taking my supplements. etc. So how are you all doing? I am so glad I am active on here again, I didn't realize how much I needed the support!
