Well I know I'm late to post but I wanted to say all is still going well for me. I'm eating less, and I lost 5 lbs. I might just do this pouch test again in about 6 weeks. Just to keep me on track. Happy Monday!
Kel I hope you take a BIG one today! Oh yeah & happy anniversary sorry I missed telling you that on Saturday.

You guys all did so well with the weight loss. I wonder why I had such difficulty? I'm still at 187.5 today- started at 188, went up to 192.

I've had a little one, not a big one.. but it's moving at least.

As for the anniversary- it was yesterday, not saturday- and it was a lovely day We had a really nice 1st anniversary!

That's right the 11th. Your wedding day was my due date. Of course my Savanna wanted to wait till the 14th to come out.

I don't know if this will help you get things moving quicker, but here's a Yoga exercise that I learned about years ago and has helped me when things are slow.
Bend at the waist, put hands on your knees. Now suck in your lower tummy tight as possible then let go. Repeat several times - this should kick start the intestines and help move things through. Sorry I didn't remember this sooner to smooth the way, but better late than never I guess. It has really done wonders for my slow bowels. Good luck, and again I say, This too shall pass!
