Default Lost 140 lbs and holding
I have not been on in a long time (as you can see by my weight ticker that has not been updated). But I just wanted to let you all know that I meet my goal 5 months ago and have been holding it there. Life has been great. I have learned so much about food, excercise and myself. Everyone keep up the good work.
