Smile Alright Im up 10 pounds! 172 lbs

Totally freaking out here folks! Up 10 pounds! Yikes

Okay here is my public pledge for the next 2 weeks!

No alcohol
No drinking water until a hour after I eat
Protein and veggies only
Start exercising
Drink more fluids

I noticed my clothes being a lil more snug so I got on thescale today and oh Lordy...... So here I go recording my activities, I will be down those 10 pounds by next East County Support Group Meeting! " By the power of grey skull!!!"

P.S. I was cleaning under my bed this weekend and found a pair of my old panties... these in my head were my sexy pair too... good lord, they are big. I plan on keeping them around for a bit. Although Im bummed about my 10 pound weight gain, I can see and touch how far I have come and KNOW that I can lose these 10 pounds!

Anybody else having a problem? Join my thread and lets see who can be the biggest loser! Today my weight is 172!

Unhappy Me

I haven't lost any weight in a long time. All though I haven't gained any either, but I'm not happy with where I am at. I know my problem has been snacking, and not going to the gym, but I am working on it. It's nice to know I'm not the only one out there. I have told myself that I am going to the gym at least 3 days this week and next. I can't say that I wont drink because we are going out this weekend for mine and Pam's B-day's on Friday and Saturday, so I plan on partying like a rock star!

I would so love to get back on track. But noooo, I have this thing called PS to heal from. I feel so weak and ungainly not being able to do my favorite activities. I'm limited to walking, and I don't do that very fast as I keep tripping over that dang drain. I feel like an old lady. I miss my Bowflex

Good luck girls! Right now I have a problem keeping my weight up. I work on it everyday, at night I weigh between 118 and 120, but in the morning I am back to 115-116. I even had some coke to sweeten my tea the other night, but I realized, that just isn't what I am all about anymore. Although the coke was yummy, and only a tad, it did make me feel icky, so I don't think that will be added to my diet.

Remember ladies, it isn't what you eat, but how much. My motto is and always has been, and I hope will always be, NEVER EAT MORE THAN A THREE YEAR OLD WOULD EAT! Share a happy meal with a child, it works, it satiates me, and my child partner gets the soda, the fries, and of course they get that toy too.

I love you both.

Bridget, you can do this! We are all here rooting for you! The best place to start is the number 1 thing on your list-alcohol. Lots and lots of empty calories! I bet if you did that and the drinking an hour after meals you'd be right back down 10 lbs soon. I'm still plugging away at these last 40 lbs myself. Let us know how its going and what works best for you!

I weigh between 183 & 185. I would like to lose at least 10 more pounds this month. Do you think that's possible?
