Default Saying Hello

Greetings!

I just joined up, even though I'm a couple days past my 4th anniversary. I posted my intro in that dedicated forum, but since I'm sure I'll spend more thime in here, I thought I'd offer a link. (Didn't want to cross-post redundantly!)

Happy to meet everyone here! I might not talk a lot normally, but I do like to read everything.

Trying so hard to get back on track, face that I can't do it alone, stop beating myself up for my failings... UPDATE: Well, after the 7 lb. drop last week, this week I didn't lose *anything*. Didn't gain, but it's discouraging.

Hi there Jenn I missed your post here on the longterm forum, so I haven't welcomed you yet. Sorry about that. Glad you found us here, and you're right in that it's not preachy here like other sites.

If you've spent much time here on the longterm forum then you've seen that its not very busy. Mostly because there aren't a lot of long termers here. I keep hope that will change...so I hang around waiting! If you haven't found them yet, look for some of the info threads I've put up around the forum. A lot of the stuff I post is geared toward longterm issues, so maybe you'll find some helpful stuff there.
