Default 1 Year tomorrow

Hi all~

I can't believe tomorrow will be my re-birth of 1 year!!! Down 124 pounds!! Time sure does fly. I just want to let everyone here know how grateful I am for all of the continued support. It has been a bumpy road for me, but worth every minute. I am so blessed that Dr. Callery gave me this tool to make my life so much better and happier and I will always be thankful for him.

For those of you thinking about having surgery and are not certain, I just want to say it is the best thing that I have ever done for myself and like I always say, I would do it all over tomorrow if I had to!!!

Love and hugs to all~

Happy Re-birthday Dale! You, out of everyone that I know, have had to fight for your health through this process. I want you to know that I just adore you and admire your spirit and strength. I just think the world of you and your family! Tino is the best!

I think you are a beautiful person! I'm glad to call you my friend.

I wish you nothing but good health!

You know little tiny Dale I'm right there with you Saturday will be my 1yr and I've lost 144lbs in the year and I could never feel better. I would do it all over again if I had to as well.

You know the one thing that goes through my head when I think about you is your laying in ICU telling me that the needle didn't hurt..LOL you know how afraid of needles I was but you just wanted me to know I'd be fine. You are such a sweet and dear person. I'm so glad you are doing so well.

Tonya girl!

I was so out of it, but one thing I do remember is the needle thing and me telling you that you will be ok. You and Christina were hanging over my bed and all I remember is hearing your voices and trying to talk to you two and Tino taking pictures...lol. I won't ever forget all of my special visitors.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
