Smile On the good foot again

Okay I weighed ion on the same old trusty scale today (twice to be exact, I couldnt believe my eyes ) Anywho it says I weigh 177 pounds. I NEED to get to 160, so here we go again. Anyone else having some struggles that want to check in and tell us what you are eating, and when. How much water you are drinkiong and how much exercise you are doing? We did this before....... lets do it again if you are interested!

B: Coffee, 1/2 string cheese (tasted terrible for some reason) Vitamins
MS: Almonds about 1/2 cup about 12 oz of water up to this point.
L: Chicken Salad, Lettuce and Salad with some sort of oriental dressing. Yummy. No carbs 'cept for the dressing, but I didnt have much-I swear. Now off to fill the water bottle!
AS: Grilled veggies and Blue cheese, and a cookie, like a bakery sized choc chip one..... damn!
D: pollo asada with sour cream and salsa, no tortilla, 2 bites of spanish rice, and corn on the cob oh and a Margarita..... lord help me
DS: half of a hershey chocolate bar...... not good. Lately I have been craving chocolate like crazy!

Thanks for making me accountable for my actions!
here goes nothing!

1/8 cup cashews
4 triscuits
4 tablespoons of pimento cheese spread
1-16 oz. Minute Maid Light mango tropical (Very Yummy)

I have a terrible sinus infection right now and can't hardly stand to eat at all.

Default Me too

Hey Bridge! I had been at 150 from November until two weeks ago. I figured I had stopped loosing. Guess not.
Stats:
5' 1", began at 240 on 1/30/04 and as of yesterday on my lady doc's scale 141.
B: (at 8:00 a.m.) coffee
S: (around 10) one small pretzel stick
L: (at 12) some kind of protein about 3 oz worth (chicken or hamburger)
S: (around 3) another pretzel stick
D: (around 6) 3 oz of chicken or turkey

My food doesn't change much. I think that is why I stoped loosing for awhile. My only problem, no true exercize. I park as far away from places as possible and stuff like that (stairs whenever possible). That is where I am at after a year. Now I am looking into plastic surgery.

That's my two cents.

Tracy

Oh good Lord Dear God please help me! I camre ina faced off with a box of YUM YUM donuts, goodness prevailed, I didnt eat one of them!

Then a rep brought in lunch, really healthy sandwich wraps, Im eating the grilled veggies and meats from the tortilla wrap thingy... watching those carbs, and then she has a box fulll of cookies... good ones from a bakery.

Right now, just 3 hours after lunch I walk up front to look for something and another rep has a basket, as big ass filled basket filled with homemade chocolate chip cookies....... give me strength... I need the Care Bear Stare, Im handling it well right now, chewing on a piece of grilled zucchini.. Yummy, my friend!

I just had to vent, I am really battling the urge to have one.

Bridget-dahling....it was one cookie. Don't beat yourself up about it. Remember a little over a year ago, you could have probably eaten about 10 cookies, a Coke to wash it down, and then a bag of chips? I know I could have eaten 1/2 a bag of double stuff oreos, then some ice cream, and then something salty, then something sweet. It was a vicious cycle. That one cookie is not enough to make you gain weight. We are way too hard on ourselves. When those sweet cravings hit, keep a piece of fruit with you, or my weakness is peanut butter Ritz-Bitz crackers. I think posting what we eat is a wonderful idea. It helps us to be accountable for our actions. I can see us in 50 years: "Well, before I soaked my dentures and took my Metamucil, I had 1/2 cup of beans, then some Gas-X, and I can still fit my wrinkly ass in a size 10!"

I need this accountability as well.

Yesterday 06-07-05

Brk - Hot tea
L - 1/2 of coco's burger without the bun, some salad with the evil house dressing on top. with an ice tea only too a couple of sips
snk - none
dinner - 1 extra piece of BBQ chicken pizza (I stopped eating cuz it was too sweet) so I made a small baked potato ate 1/2 with 1/4 cup cottage cheese and some marinara sause on it.
snack @ 11:30 pm - 1/4 cup of mixed rasberries and blueberrys with some frozen cool whip free with a small sugar free peanut butter crumbled on top

I am glad I typed this out. I just saw how little protein I ate yesterday. Wow I need to work on that.

Yesterday I weighed in at weight watchers and I was up 1.6lbs. I know it is because I have not gone poop in over 10 days. I have even been taking 3 mixed stool softners and laxatives still nothing.......

Oh yes as always I took my vitamins.

Barbarajo,

You didn't say how much liquid you took in, but maybe you need more? As I understand it, it's a very bad idea to be stuck that long.
