Bridget;

Sweetheart, your only human. We all need to adjust our lifestyle, yes, but falling down isn't failure - not getting up is! Learn from it, and move on. Stop beating yourself about it. It's not going to do any good, and the negative emotions will try their best to get you to do it again!

This is what happened at my office yesterday. Someone brought in two dozen Krispy Kreme's for the group, then a half-hour later someone else brought in another two dozen from another store. 4 dozen do-nuts!

I had to walk out a few times throughout the day to shake off the craving. If that wasn't bad enough, someone had to make the comment to me (in front of others) "Pat can eat the leftovers at the end of the day."

That really put me in a wonderful mood for the rest of the day.

Bridgett, your an example to us all. You show what you've accomplished, you consistantly encourage others, and you still share your vulnerability.

I for one am proud to have you as a friend

Nancy,

I probably need to step up the water, I have been having my usual 30-40oz or more a day. Today I will step that up a notch.

Still stuck.... I think I may just be stressed out!!! I started a new job and started working out and I am planning on going on a missions trip to El Salvador in less than a month trying to raise the rest of the money for that and go the all the meetings involved with that. And still do my usual life with husband and church stuff and Celebrate recovery. Maybe I just don't have time to get unstuck. Maybe tomorrow when my schedule relaxes a bit.

Thanks for the water questions. I love accountability.

Bridget!

No one is PERFECT!!! I tell you this because I know it is hard to fight those demons. Try and give away those goodies or chew gum like crazy. I am a dumper and I still eat sugar and torture myself. It is the hardest thing. The best thing you are doing is writing down what you eat and that shows you what you are doing...keeps you watching.

I really do like the jewelry thing though, but my boss told me I am not allowed to accept gifts....darn it.

Too bad they don't make sugar free tootsie pops or something because I know you like lollipops.
