Default Small victory...no matter how brief!

After about 9 months or so of being stuck in the 190's (losing about a pound a month), I got on the scale Wed. and it said 189.6!!

Of course, I ruined it by getting on the scale today and seeing 190.3, but hey...at least I saw it! I think maybe I'll do the 5 day pouch test thing to reacquaint myself with my tool and renew my commitment to reaching my goals. If anything, maybe I'll lose a couple of pounds so I can keep both feet solidly in the 180's.

I haven't been this small since I was in 5th grade, if that. YAY!

hehehe...congrats. I know the feeling. I've been trying to break 155 FOREVER!! Last week I saw 153.5 on the scale. I was so excited, almost started crying. I hopped on and off several times, moved the scale around the room and yep...each time it read the same. The next day I get on and it says 157???? So much for that brief time of celebration. Today it says 156. What is it with this body of mine that insists to stay above 155??? sheesh...

Well hang in there!! We'll get there!

First off, congrats on your weight loss, you've done well! I can imagine how difficult it was to basically stall for 9 months, but good for you for being determined enough to get back in the game. Here's to hoping the weight stops dripping off of you again.

Congratulations on breaking the 190 mark. It doesn't matter it fluctuated up over it again, you STILL made it there. It will go back down. Just stay committed and watch it drop.

Thanks everyone! I'm going shopping today for stuff I need for the 5 day pouch test. Time to get to know my tool all over again.

Good on you for sticking with it. A loss is a loss - no matter how small.

AND I'm sending you big waves - I'm just up the road from you in Elbe!
