Ok, day 4! As of yesterday, I was down 3 lbs. since starting the 5 day pouch test. I didn't feel hungry on days 1 and 2, but I did yesterday. The "soft proteins" just didn't do it for me. I should have had some more protein shakes or something.
I feel a bit heavy and bloated today too. I don't think I'll weigh myself since I feel heavier than yesterday.
It's definitely helping me to get back in touch with a healthy feeling of fullness that comes when proteins are primary in your meal. I was eating way too many slider foods before starting this.
