Thanks for asking about me.

I feel like I have fallen off the face of the earth. I am working 17-18 hour days for the past 6 weeks. There may be a small bit of light at the end of the tunnel and things will just go from insane to hectic in about 3 weeks. I miss the forum, I miss working out (haven't done it in 6 weeks). I have been able to keep my bad habits away during this stressful time, but boy are they yelling to come out. We are never "cured". I have put on 2 pounds from my low and I am watching carefully.

Coming here multiple times a day in the past kept me on the straight an narrow. I now carry all of you on my shoulder and you are whispering in my ears each time something that is bad for me starts looking good.

At least there is a starbucks 3 stores down from my office and I can get a decaf fix when those old tapes start playing loud!!!

I will try to check in more often and be a productive member of the board.

There are so many new posts, I don't know even where to start.

All of my best and I miss you

Dyann!!!! I'm so happy and relieved to see you are just absent due to work and being busy. We do miss you here and want you back when you can make it...... We think of you and miss you too. I'm happy you are doing so well.

Stick your head in every so often and let us know you are okay though. You know how us mother hens can be. We have to know where our flock is and that everyone is safe and sound. ((BIG HUGS))

So glad to see your name on the forum, Dyann. I understand the business though. Sometimes life just has to come first. Poke your head in when you can and know that you are missed when you aren't around.
