Rain,

I want a tummy like yours! Any plastics will need to wait until next summer for me. I hope when I have my tummy done they can get rid of the vertical scar (from bellybutton down) I have from my C-section done in '74. Oh, and the stretch marks.

At this rate, I may look into face work also. I looked dragged down and very old.

Teri

Lisa, I see you and I are the same height, and you're only 5 lbs away from what my dream goal is.... 145.

*hugs*

Scratch my previous statement...there's been a development.

We just went to Target and I bought two pair of size 46 pants. Now, they're not quite public ready, my belly hangs over a little, but they aren't tight. I haven't worn size 46 in more than a decade.

Holy Crap...is all of this real?

I started at 56 plus, only because I think some of the pants were cut big. I was mostly in a size 60! ( still can't believe that...) Right now, I'm down over 115 pounds and am in some 48's but mostly 50's, though they are kinda loose. I'm short though, and my waist is just not showing the loss I think as much as the rest of me. It seems that I am losing weight from the top of my head down...*sigh*

Size: 48/50 pants (down from 60)
Weight: 283 (this morning...)
Height: 5'8
Frame size: Medium
Plastics?: No (but I sense that will be changing...)

I hope other guys post up...I'd like to see what the ratio of height to waist size is...I'm satisfied with the way things are going for myself, but I'd like to see a bigger difference in my waist...

-Mike

I'm 5 months post-op so I can't wait to see what size I'll be wearing in another 6 months...

Size: tops = 14 or XL, pants = 16
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 222
Frame: Large! (size 12 feet! Imagine the size of my hands and shoulders...)
Plastics: not yet. Too early to tell if I'll need anything.

Interesting thread!

Thank you dear Claire!

Funny little WOW moment happened yesterday at work....My co-workers and I always have a potluck lunch every Friday (they bring healthy food for me) One of my co-workers who happens to be a dear friend asked her son to stop off and bring a take-out order into work. I hadn't seen Brandon in a couple of years. He walked in and I was busy with my students. We put food on the table and sat down for lunch. After yaking for awhile my co-worker started laughing...she said "Brandon doesn't know who you are!" I couldn't believe I'd changed THAT much!

I still have a problem seeing the changes in me. I know I'm way smaller and people tell me so....but I still see the fat woman in the mirror.

Okay, I don't understand. There is a big difference between each of our sizes, in comparison with our height/weight. Here is mine

Height: 5'5.5
Weight: 165lbs
Pants Size: 12/14. (14s are little roomy)
Frame Size: Medium to small. But mostly medium
