Plastics - I will for sure need the boobs fixed, I have gone from a 46G to a 36/38 DD and I have a lot of saggy gross skin I have to roll up. I need scaffolding to hold these babies up!!!

My goal is 180 when I go to the UK on 9th April, and my final goal is to be around 155lb/ 160lb, I think that will be a good weight for me!
