Smile Help!!!

Hi

What is this 5 DAY pouch test I keep reading about?? I'm about 1 1/2yrs out of my surgery and I'm starting to freak out because I cant seem to loose the last 25 pounds!! I also feel like I'm eating real bad lately and I've gained 10 pounds! PLease help! I need suggestions on portions because I feel like I'm eating too much. what are the amounts that I should be eating? I think I'm eating waayyy too many carbs and that is what is preventing me to loose weight. what is a normal day eating wise for you guys? ANY ADVISE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. TX ALL
