Long-Term Post-op Discussions for gastric bypass patients more than one year after surgery.

If we were able to maintain a normal weight/bmi, then we wouldn't have gotten the surgery??????

Do you mean at some point in our life? How would a doc give a normal BMI this surgery?

What I meant was...for those who were able to maintain a NORMAL BMI weight at some point in their lives prior to WLS...a time frame of 1-5 years.
