Before plastics I was in 14-16 pants. He took off about 9 pounds of flab and skin and now I'm in a 12, but they are big. I refuse to buy 10s. I'll wait for the 8s. And again, you know, you just do what you have to do. I mean you see the photos, I absolutely couldn't do anything with that panus hanging around. Two kids, second one born when I weighed over 325, severe situation. Now I can run 5.5 miles (getting to 6.2 in the next month I hope) and before plastics, I couldn't run for 5 minutes! That skin also hit my thighs everytime I pedalled my bike - it was unlivable for me. Some people were on me about not waiting for goal, but with that thing hanging around, I wouldn't have made it. Heck - I still haven't made it! lol But at least I can work really hard now. No more back problems.
You can do anything if its important enough to you.

I was really happy with my plastic surgery. Before plastics I was a 4P or 6P in pants - afterward I'm a 0P or 2P - I'm have very petite bone structure from my waist down. He could not to a breast lift at the same time - b/c my PS went all the way around - he took a 5 pound 5 inch strip of skin all the way around me.
The pics are from - 1. the day before surgery (I had a big amount of hounch fat - the bottom of my butt was little, but I had 2 big far pockets on my upper butt) 2 and 3. one month out - I still have a lot of swelling and was wearing a binder until I took the pic - but a HUGE difference. 4. 8 weeks out - off the binder. I still had a bit of internal swelling. At that pic, I probably still wore a 4 - now, most 4s fall off of me b/c my stomach is so flat.

I've got pictures in a journal on-line I'm willing to share with you. Just pm me and I'll give you the password. I haven't had any taken recently but these will give you a pretty good idea. I had an abdominalplasty and breast lift.

I have posted these a couple times...you can also look at my myspace listed below...
I am happy as can be, yes it hurts, but in 2 months you start feeling like it was worth it!
Ist pic before weight loss
2nd and 3rd pics after losing 130 pounds (note the circle is a mole, than see where the mole is on the last pic)
4, 5, post op pics
last one pretty much how I ended up.
The scarring is more apparent with flash lighting than in natural light. I can go with 2 piece no problem with anyone noticing.
Good Luck and choose carfully your doc!!
