Question What to do about clothes

It is finally starting to sink in that I am really losing weight, and a lot of it.
But what do you do about new clothes?
I have never even been to a goodwill store, are there any other alternatives.
I knew of one near me, but the Internet doesn't have them listed anymore.
The only thing I don't have to worry about are socks.
I have always put clothes into those metal bins, but I never really understood where the clothes went.
I really don't have a problem now, but I am more concerned about the upcoming winter.
It is funny, how casually I talk to my fellow patients in the waiting room, we all talk about our "falling" underwear (lol).
I wonder if it is more of a problem with men. I am down to the last 2 holes on my belt. And my slacks are really bunching up at the waist.

Have you tried consignment shops or do you have a Steve & Barry's store near you?

eBay, consignment shops have both been good to me. I list my better old clothes on eBay as well as buy newer ones, too.

I have loads of clothes that I would sell rather than bothering with listing them on ebay. I have sizes ranging from 24/26 down to size 9. What size are you currently wearing and I will put together pictures and a list of what I have. I will tell you that my jeans are all in like new condition and some of them were only wore a couple of times. But let me know what you are in need of and I will give you a list and prices. Tina

Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target...cheap stores and go to the CLEARANCE RACK! Buy things that are a size or two SMALLER than what you need. That way it's on sale, clearance, whatever...and you can get into later. CHEAPER Is better since most of the stuff you will be out of in a month or less. Men loose sooo much faster than women. Congrats and good luck!! Try keepin' those pants on, but I happy for you that they are fallin' off!!

I bought a lot at Goodwill, Salvation Army and consignment shops. It's amazing how many brand new clothes can be found at Goodwill and Salvation Army.

Talking Salvation Army

Hi Jake,

I love the Salvation Army, I found very nice clothes - some with tags still on them. The Salvation Army in my area, does a 5 for 5.00 deal on Friday and Saturday.

Jake it's been a while since I've bought men's clothes but try the clearance racks in any store. Walmart & Kohl's are among my favorites to shop clearance. I've gotten lots of blouses, capris, etc...for $4 so I'm sure men's stuff is the same.
Consignments shops & Goodwill are also great I've heard.
