Default I went to the surgeon

The same dr that did my bypass did my tuck and I am all healed and I am happy with the results. I am FINALLY pain free... I just have a tight little tummy that I love... cant stop feeling of it! LOL

I am 20 months post op and I am still dropping slowly. I also know that if I had the rest of my lose skin removed I would likely lose another 10 pounds over my entire body. I weighed in at 171 at the dr. I am 5 8 and there are places on me that are really skin and bones. I know that my bmi is 27 but I AM THIN. The surgeon told me NOT to lose anymore weight!

I am ok with that... I am just stunned ... I think that is the first time ever that I have been told that.... now I am trying to eat more, although it seems like I eat all the time. I have not ACTIVELY tried to lose weight since.... hmmm feb or march.

It is just a new phase in this journey, one that you don't really allow yourself to think about while you are losing.

Default Gina - 39

I always get confused when you post - same name, same age, surgery, tummy tuck. Could it be more parallel?

I even weighed 171 a couple days ago! However, I'm only 5'3" so I have a long way to go.

My point is, however, YOU ARE AMAZING!! I don't need to tell you that you've done an amazing thing by getting to such a low weight. I know you feel great and yes - eat more. Feels odd, no?

But you're doing great!

Gina, I have always watched your journey with interest. My surgery was soon after yours, we started out near the same weight and have lost about the same amount. You have done just AMAZING my dear!!! I can't even fathom how you feel looking at this nice tight tummy. I'll be finding out in another month but for now, I'm having a hard time even picturing myself that way.

Congratulations!!!! I am so proud of you!!
