the tingly thing is low b1... I was a 23 between a possible 19 to 43...very low side of normal. I now take it twice a day and the tingly has disappeared... light head stuff.. salt and potassium.... the 1st doc said I didn't need to do anything but my new surgeon said definately take it and in like 5 days the feelign was gone. You cant' take toxic doses of B vits so no worries.

So i drink one V8 juice...5.5oz.. a day and it really helps. hydration is a big issue but I know you down the juice all day so it's probably not that for you...

If you belly can handle it try beef jerky and not the healthy kind either... there some good ones that are thick and moist with tons of salt! yep...

This new diet I'm on is great... I get to ignore all the pouch rules...lol

I agree the diet is great, but this isn't what I bargained for, and I know you either! Janie
