Oh also, I just remembered, there is a a cream that is an anti-inflammatory that your dr. can prescribe that is just like taking ibuprofen or Aleve, but it's topical so it does not affect the pouch. I was given an RX for it but it is very expensive so I didn't fill it. I can't remember what the name of it is, but ask your dr. I'm sure they can tell you. If you can't find out, let me know and I will ask my doc the next time I am in for a checkup. Maybe if you have ins. it will pay for it. I am self-pay so I just couldn't do it.
