Default Skin troubles!

I had gastric bypass when I was 19 and have since lost over 200lbs. Now, coming up on my fourth year post-op I have a HUGE problem, my incredibly sagging skin. My initial surgery was completely covered by my insurance at the time, which is a miracle in itself. Since then, I lost my insurance. Even before, my insurance company repeatedly denied my claim for skin removal stating that it was cosmetic.
I have been an eczema patient since I was little and now with all my excess skin it has become unbearable. My entire body has turned into one giant rash and I itch constantly!!!
My last three years of college have left my credit anything, but great. So I cannot get a loan. I have a job, but they do not offer insurance (as if it would help!).
I feel DESPERATE! I'm only 23 and I feel like my 76 year old grandma's body is better than my own. I don't know what to do! I feel like I am stuck halfway in my transformation. It is effecting every aspect of my life.
I wear a support girddle everyday, which you can imagine is horrifying in the Oklahoma summertime. I cannot keep living with this. It is becoming physically and mentally too much to handle. It makes me feel crazy and no one seems to care.
I dont want to sound like a charity case. I just want to look the same way I feel, but have no idea how to get there.
If anyone knows of a doctor willing to let me make personal payments, someone that would like to trade art, or any other way that would be minutely feasible PLEASE CONTACT ME!

I have seen ads for a service at doctorssayyes.com. Maybe they can help.
