I have had minor bouts of dumping but nothing major. I am going on 2 years out and I am invincible now and can eat ANYTHING......... NOT.

At least apparently not a big ole "homemade" glass of Lemonade.

It was so hot from being out riding the bike and this little place is famous for the lemonade. Well, I downed it. I may as well have drank a bottle of Aunt Jemima.

Lord, I will not be doing THAT anymore.
