Thanks for the great advice and reassurance. It feels good to hear it come from my fellow wls friends. In my mind, I know what I need to do, I just need to hear it once in awhile. I feel like the maintenance has been the toughest for me especially because the thrill of the losing ride came to an end a long time ago.

I too, am afraid I will never reach goal. It seems like it's has taken me forever to lose the last few pounds I did lose. I try and watch constantly. I know I can eat just about as much as I used to-and I've only ever dumped one time.
