Did you have your B1 levels done before you took the vitamin? Do you worry about getting to much in your system?

my levels were low with my first lab results. They've been fine since.

Default My understanding.

Correct me if I'm wrong but my understanding is that your Vit B's you can't take too much, the excess leaves your body. Anyone? I do shots.. but haven't for a month, need one. Janie
