For those of you that are happy where you are weight wise, how did you stop the weigh loss?
I have been told by everyone that I should end up around 145ish. I stopped at 143 for a few weeks and was really happy there. I was told by a PS that I probably have about 7-10lbs of excess skin to be removed during my LBL so that would have made me around 133. The last 1 week, i have gone from 143 down to 138. After my LBL that would make me like 128lbs..... I think for me, that will be way too low. I am only 5'6", but am pretty muscular. I have been adding in healthy carbs and some not so healthy carbs on occassion. I have tried to increase my calories, but am finding it hard. My surgeon says not to worry, that I may end up low 130's or hight 120's at the rate I am going, but that i will probably bounce back about 10lbs. Does that sound right to you long term guys? Thanks for any suggestions on how to stop the loss or to increase my calories easier.

I have struggled to maintain at 132.(140,goal)I keep dipping below 130 and do not look good.I tolerate sugar and carbs....I just can't eat much ...period.
I have had no PS but think my skin may only represent 5 lbs.I have hung out here in the 130's for almost 10 months...so I guess this is where my body wants to be. When I eat more I lose weight Best of luck with your LBL and continued success, V

I had trouble and now it is a different story.
At first I ate more in between meals...once I did that, my body became used to it. Now, it is harder for me to maintain. I am a lot shorter though..5'2"..so 120 for me is ok. I really felt good at 111, but have been going back and forth, up and down since I had the numerous surgeries that I have been going through. When I hit 103, everyone gave me bad looks as if I was anorexic or bulimic...that was the BIG rumour at work. If you add a few more carbs in...you will be ok. I lost 8 pounds with the TT/ hernia repair and that wasn't the skin weight...that was just me feeling sick and my guts weren't hanging out anymore, so it has hard for my body to adjust.
