I take the Optisource vitamins. I get mine at Target from behind the pharmacy counter. I pay $22 for a months supply.

Default Henry's and Trader Joes

I have always had trouble since day one with my levels and found that dry form and liquid are best absorbed for me..and chewables. This is what I take daily..and religiously or I fall down.

Morning,
Solaray Vitamin Dry A (Beta Carotene 25,000 IU)
Henry's Basic Mulivitamin Tablet
Solaray Lutein 6 mg..I take this because my lutein is always so beyond low and Henry's has a liquid form of it...kinda sick taste to me. Lutein helps prevent macrodegeneration

Solary Calcium..I forgot the mg's. I get a lot of Calcium from Tums, too. LOL

Evening,
Solaray Vitamin B-1 Thiamine 100mg
Henry's Ferrous Fumerate(less consipating/easy on tummy) 29mg
Henry's Vitamin C 1000mg take with iron to help assimilate it.

Weekly
Sublingual B-12 100mcg from Trader Joe's $5.99 for qty 100

Hope this may help. I know that Tracie helped me out big time with my vitamins when I was post op and she actually saved me. So, Tracie if you are reading...kudos to you girlfriend.

All people are different and hopefully you find some vitamins that work well for you.

Here's my list of supplements:

Solaray Multi-Vitamins High Energy (taken in the morning - before the gym)
Solaray Vitamin C (three times a day - helped w/facial blemishes)
Solaray Vitamin E (twice a day)
Solaray Calcium Citrate with vitamin D (twice a day)

Vitamin Shoppe Flaxseed Oil (three times a day)
Kirkland Fish Oil (three times a day)
GNC B-Complex 50MG (twice a day)
Iron 20 MG (Daily at night)
Trader Joe's B-12 (once a week)

-I'm a big fan of Solaray products. I try stay away from tablets as they are hard to digest unless you want to chew on them - yuck... I noticed if you get a catalog from the Vitamin Shoppe (vitaminshoppe.com) they send a $10 off coupon with a $40 purchase. VS prices in the catalog is pretty competative.

Henry's having 40% Solaray products until the 30th of this month!

Dang it...I am getting sooooo BAD at taking mine. I take the following:

Liquid Daily VitaPlus multi vitamin
(4) Calcium Capsules...very rarely remember to take all 4
(1) B-Complex...very rarely remember to take.

ARRRRHHHHHH... I get my labs done the first week of Sept. and I hope that what I do remember to take shows up instead of what I don't remember to take!!

I buy from a bunch different manufacturer's. The main thing is that the FDA does not regulate the suppliment market. So whatever vitamins you take, make sure they have the USP label on them. The USP label is your only guarantee that what they say is in the bottle, is in fact true.
