I have a 4cc band that has 1.6cc put in on the 27th. When I was tight I was at 2cc and I could not eat any solid foods, only softs and liquids. I can now eat lot of different solids if I go very slow and easy. I lost weight the first few days but I have stopped for the moment and was just wondering if I should have another tighter fill soon, or just stick it out with this lesser fill and wait for the weight to come off.

4 cc band?? hmmm... I have a 10 cc band and its filled to 6.5 right now. So you say you had a fill on the 27th- 10 days ago and you felt some restriction and now you can eat but slowly..I would say thats normal- u should be eating slowly and taking small bites..how much protein are you getting in? and are you watching what you eat..such as meat first then veg or fruit? I can eat about 5 or 6 oz total of food at a meal- 3 oz meat 2 oz veg or fruit usually and I get in 65 grams of protein
how much food are you able to eat? and are you hungry between meals?
